    Orders are usually sent out within 3-5 working days of payment confirmation. Please expect potential delays during peak seasons.

    A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched. An option to upgrade to courier service is available for full tracking within the UK.

    • Clothing Items: Packaged in weather-resistant kraft paper mailing bags that are compostable and recyclable.
    • Size and Fit: Packaging is designed to fit through a standard letterbox for convenience.
    • Combined Orders: Larger orders are shipped in reused boxes or courier recyclable bags, made from 80% reclaimed materials and are 100% recyclable.
