What makes your clothing sustainable?

We carefully select eco-friendly materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester. Our garments are printed with water-based inks and produced by partners who adhere to strict ethical and environmental standards.

Where is your clothing made?

Our garments are crafted with care and printed in the UK by our zero-waste, eco-friendly production partner in a facility powered by 100% renewable energy. We prioritise ethical and sustainable production practices to ensure our clothing aligns with SusRebel's core values of environmental responsibility and ethical manufacturing. The garments we use are sourced from a Belgian manufacturer, chosen for their unmatched standards in labour ethics, sustainability, and quality of materials.

Are you affiliated with any environmental activist groups?

No, SusRebel is an independent sustainable clothing brand. We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of the fashion industry through ethical practices and inclusive clothing for everyone.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your SusRebel purchase. You have 14 days to initiate a return for most items. Use our online contact form to start the process. While you cover return shipping costs, we ensure a smooth and transparent return experience, with refunds processed within 10 business days of approval.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on serving customers in the UK. However, we're planning to expand our reach to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada soon. Stay tuned for updates as we grow our global presence.

    • Combined Orders: Larger orders are shipped in reused boxes or courier recyclable bags, made from 80% reclaimed materials and are 100% recyclable.
